Licence Expired *****URGENT*********

Hi All,

I have installed db2v8 for AIX. Then I created the 64 bit instance. While
starting db2 manager using db2start it is giving me error:

licence has expired.

The directory where the code is : /mnt//db2v8/ese.sbcs
I searched the .lic file which is under /db2v8/ese.sbcs/db2/license
directory.

Now while doing db2licm -a /mnt/db2v8/ese.sbcs/db2/license/db2ese.lic

it is giving me error:

DBI1416N The license could not be added to the nodelock file
automatically.

Explanation:

The return code is -110.

User Response:

Please ensure the license certificate is readable. You may also
enter the license into the nodelock file manually. Please see
the license file for instructions.

The nodelock file is inside /var/ifor but I can see two nodelock files.

-rw-r--r-- 1 root system 0 23 Mar 2005 nodelock
-rw-r--r-- 1 ifind01 igfind01 72 21 Jan 13:07 nodelock.new

there is nothing in first nodelock file but the other conatins licence
info. Please suggest how can I update the licence.

Regards,
Sepia
