Hi
Start by lookimg up return code 11 in the TSM API return codes manual: it's
an out of space error on the storage pool.
If the problem persists, check your permissions on the storage path, and the
permissions of the TSM_OWNER on the db cfg for all partitions.
If the storage path is on disk, crosscheck that the path name matches that
in the userexit.

I'm trying to archive my logs directly into TSM. However, the files do
not want to go to TSM. Below is an extract of db2diag & "db2 get db cfg
for XID". At the moment to go into the "FAILARCHPATH".
