Hi,

My Oracle 9i data base alert file has registered the above error msg. and I am trying to find cause for it.

My databse become dead slow and "DSS" .Net application is not generating report and neither it gives error.
It keeps running for a long time with out any output.

Could anybody help me to fix the above.
