It can be permanent if you forget to put the TEMPORARY keyword in the
"create TEMPORARY tablespace TEMP1....."
As for users temp t/s, if you have a default temporary t/s allocated,
then the user will use this if you do not specify a temp tablespace when
you create the user. In fact, I think even if you do specify a temp t/s
when you create a user, they will actually use the default one anyway
(well, that's what it looks like when I look @ my dev box)
If you do not have a default temp t/s assigned, then I think it does use
SYSTEM - which is not a good thing of course.
