These are ideal event. Are you facing performance issue? If not then
your safe. If you face any you might have to look into your network and
also code if it putting lot of load on network.
But your top event is ".. from client" that is server is especting users
input. Even if the user open a screen and not doing anything the time
for this even will get increased.

These are my wait events. I feel the the network between my application
server and Database is very slow. Is this the case ?
Or am I interpreting wrongly ?
What is rdbms ipc message ?
Can anyone pl share their understanding of above numbers?
