Why are you using the RUN command? Just use the EXECUTE command by itself.

I ran the following script : "RUN { EXECUTE UTLEXCPT.SQL };"

to create an EXCEPTION TABLE, but got the following error:

SP2-0103: Nothing in SQL buffer to run.

Can someone please tell me what is wrong
