Dear Gurus

This is a little above the regular DB questions, but I am hoping there is
experience out there
on my problem.

I am running 8.1.6 and installed OAS 4.0.8.2a. They are in seperate homes
based on some
metalink papers I read. Install of OAS is fine. My server name is ITIPS
and when OAS asked
for the Domain name I was stumped so I entered in LEON. I kinda know what
the domain should be, but I am in a test environment so I can't use the real
value.

When I bring up OAS Server Manager, and try to go to HTTP Listener the
screen appears
fine with the URL - http://ITIPS:8888 when I attempt to look at the
listener parameters
like DIRECTORY, MIME the URL changes and points to http://ITIPS.LEON:8888 .
It now
uses the domain name - because of this I get the message PAGE not found. If
I remove the
leon from the URL I can then get the page.

Can anyone tell me how the domain works and what I need to do to make sure
that when I
use OAS Server Manager I can get to the correct page ?
