Run from <DISK ROOT>\disk1\install\setup.exe

I had the same problem trying the setup at the root.

I downloaded 10G for Win XP PRO 2x and cannot get setup to run at all.
Nothing happens. The system light goes on for a second the zilch. nothing.

What's happening here?
