create a the new user and assign him/her a default tablespace and grant
him/her quota on that (The tablespace you want the ToUser objets to be
created). Make sure if the From User tablespace exist on this instance,
the new user (ToUSer) do not have any quota on that.

Now, use FromUser ToUser option for Import.

The objects will be created in the new tablespace, that the user have
been assigned to with the quota.
