What is it?

Well, when you post to the list, your email address doesn't appear! In it's place is a disposable lazydba.com email address. Check out the email address of anyone who's posted to see what we mean.

So people can still email each other "off-list", but the emails go through an attachment stripper, as a result, if you do get a funny attachment from someone it won't be from your posting on the list.

Also, more importantly , it means you don't have to worry about your email address being public, so you no longer have to use yahoo/hotmail/whatever you can use whatever email address is easiest for you (high bandwidth/high capacity work emails spring to mind).. Ahhhh complete peace of mind and privacy.
