To All Gurus,

Can any one please let me know how to improve the performance of orace advanced queues . Actually , we have many messages stuck in a particular , it takes 3 hrs to dequeue 1 message before processing . We are using oracle 8i on solaris . We have 29 jobs running 24*7 .
