Hi Edwin,
No it will not start as default value of "cycle" clause in the sequence
create statement is "nocycle". So u have to make it to "cycle" explicitly
along with "cache" which can be calculated by following formulae:
(CEIL (MAXVALUE - MINVALUE)) / ABS (INCREMENT)
