RE: Oracle 9i RAC problem

Can you inform these things?:

1. When you say lsnodes works fine, do you mean on both nodes? Can you
identify which lsnodes command is executed (using => which lsnodes)
2. Make sure permission on shared configuration is set correctly.
3. Check permission and contents of /var/opt/oracle/srvConfig.loc?

Subject: Oracle 9i RAC problem

Hi all!

I'm trying to configure a real application cluster with oracle 9iR2 and
SuSE SLES 8.0 on 2 Opteron servers. I've installed databse software in
both computers through the cluster installation, and lsnodes shows the
info correclty. But when I try to start the GSD daemon I get the
following error:

PRKC-1021 : Problem in the clusterware
Failed to get list of active nodes from clusterware

in both nodes. I don't know what can be wrong, everything should be OK
(the lsnodes shows the info correctly).

Can you help me please?

thks!
