I have installed Oracle 8i on a NT4.0 server. The Oracle Management server
was working after installation. Oflate the Oracle Management Service is
not starting and it gives the following message "Error 2140 : Internal
Windows NT error : Unable to start the Oracle Management Service

What could the solution be ?
