Corrupted blocks, Orphan Key Table contents

Corrupted blocks, Orphan Key Table contents

Hi DBAs,

I followed the note in "Handling Block Corruptions in Oracle7 / 8 / 8i /
9i"
The following is one record in the orphan_key_table table. It is suppose
to help in determining
what records may need to be re-populated. It does not help me. Does any
one know how to use the below info to help determine what
records I need to reload. I used the DBMS_REPAIR pkg to get the following
info.

I think this answer your question...

[Email address protected] show sga

Total System Global Area 5941316072 bytes
Fixed Size 104936 bytes
Variable Size 3252654080 bytes
Database Buffers 2684354560 bytes
Redo Buffers 4202496 bytes

As you can see in SQL Prompt... it's an hp

Subject: SGA size - Urgent

Good morning,

I always thought that SGA size is limit to 2G in all
kind of
servers.
Also I thought that 3G or 4G options for SGA size are
general
options
After reading notes 46001.1 and 116076.1 which refers
to
Windows
only, I 'm
getting confused
Question:
1. Is there a limit to SGA size on Sun Solaris or HP
machine
2. Does the 3G and 4G option for SGA size are available
outside of
Windows
machines

TIA
regards
