Hi gurus

I have an oracle 8i server and oracle 8i client .
In Oracle 8i client system ,I have an Sql server database .
I have created a net service name in oracle 8i client to connect to the
oracle server .
It works fine when testing in Oracle SQL Plus .
But if i create a Linked List to connect to Oracle it throws Error 7399
error . (Oledb error)
please let me know what would be the possible cause for this error and also
please specify the solution
