I guess you are running on NT Box and not a production server. Go to
control Panel -> Administrative Tools -> Event Viewer. From 'Action' Menu,
Select 'Clear All Events' option.

I am trying to the start the OracleOraHome81ManagementServer service
in the services menu. The get the following error

Error 1502: The event log file is full.

And the service did not start. Kindly provide a remedy for this problem.
