One thing to keep in mind when puchasing the books, is it is MUCH CHEAPER to buy them via the OCP site than Amazon. I found that out the hard way for my 9i Ref manual.
I don't know if they have the Cert books, though.

Amazon.

I have found the books good, but you have to check the Errata at
Osborne's
website.
