RE: LGWR problem - second email

What's the setting for LOG_ARCHIVE_DEST_2 and LOG_ARCHIVE_DEST_1?

Thanks for the reply.
No, we use neither NetApps not EMC for storage. Just regular internal
hard
disk.

Are you using NetApps or EMC for storage?

We use NetApps and occasionally the servers briefly loose connection. We
have since fixed the problem by having a failover connection.

Hi All

Can anyone shed some light on this weird entry I have in my alert log ?
This is a QA database on Sun Solaris 5.8 (db version is 9.2.0.5.0
recently
patched):

Fri Oct 1 00:00:00 2004

I tried to do some research on this but came up with a blank. Metalink
only points to a single note which is basically the OERR output. Has
anyone seen anything similar in their database ?

I have put in a TAR with Oracle support to find out if this is related
to the 9.2.0.5.0 patchset I recently installed.

Thanks for your time.
