I am writing data into Oracle Database (RAC) through SQL Loader, 1000
records per commit. After moving my Database Server to a different
location (connection network link is 2mbps through Frame Relay network),
it is writing 5 records per commit. When the servers were in same LAN,
I had no issue. Is there any parameter which would have specified any
limitation in number of records or bytes in writing to a Database.
