Hello Glen,

I am making the assumption that the file can not be over written due to
the fact that the MSDTC service have the DLL locked.

You should stop the MSDTC Service, this should allow you to rename the
existing DLL. All you need to do now is get the new DLL out of the .jar
file. If you are on Linux/UNIX there are tools already built in. If
you on Windows you should get hold of WINRAR (http://www.rarsoft.com),
this allows you to unpack .jar files.

Don't forget to restart the MSDTC service.
