I upgraded Oracle 8.1.7.4 to Oracle 9i and moved from forms4.5 to 6i without a problem, i assume the same to be true of a move to 10G. With 9i all we had to do was recompile the forms to 6i

we are migrating from Oracle 8i to Oracle 10G

Our existing application is created in Forms4.5.

Do we need to upgrade it to Oracle Forms 6i or higher ?

Do we need to re-write whole application or just need to recompile existing Forms4.5 to Forms6i

Please advise.
