Does the 'D:\ORACLE\ORA92\DATABASE\INITLOADBSRV.ORA' file exist?

startup open pfile=/location/of/parameter/file

could not open parameter file
'D:\ORACLE\ORA92\DATABASE\INITLOADBSRV.ORA'



I had updated the file. Forgot to take backup.
