I am having xml file as below

xsi:noNamespaceSchemaLocation="http://xmlns.oracle.com/xdb/schemas/CONDOR11/

I want to update the attribute value "xsi:noNamespaceSchemaLocation", I read
in the Oracle Documents that its possible with
UPDATEXML() Function , But I am not able to do the same. Plz tell me How
can i do this.
