Hello All,
Ok. I have oracle 9i on winn 2000 server sp4. Oracle is up and running, I
can not connect using enterprise manager console, nor thru
sqlplus(sys/[Email Address Removed] as sysdba ) that is the log on syntax that
worked in the past in cmd prompt. I am using ESRI_SDE on top of Oracle. I
can still connect to the SDE_Database but can not get into oracle to alter
tablespace ext... Any ideas about this one??

Need help I am no dBa.
