Hi,
It looks like you are running out of space in Undo tablespace, the solution is to increase the size of Undo tablespace. How much to increase depends on undo information generated per second multiplied by Undo retention time. You can use information available from V$UNDOSTAT to calculate it.
Hope it helps,

Subject: Rollback segments Filling up
Hi Oracle gurus,
Guys my scenario is like this:
I am on Oracle 9i with automatic undo management. I am updating
approximately 20million records per day. The problem is that it is filling
up rollback segments very quickly and terminates the process prematurely.
How best can I solve this problem and what are the parameters that I
should tune?
