Is there a way to setup DTS Local Package where I can select multiple tables
to be imported from Oracle?

We've used DTS to migrate about 32 million records in over 300 tables before
and it didn't take long at all... The table listing completes in seconds
and the actual import takes less than 2 hours. You didn't mention how long
the import is taking? Have you tried using a query to specify only the
tables you want to import/export? That should reduce the list and
import/export time considerably...

We need to migrate about 200 tables. But when it pulls up the list, it takes
about 20 min.
Not to mention it lists all the accessable tables for that uses causing it
to list about 2000 tables.

When you say "really slow" exactly how slow? How many tables/rows are you

does any one have any experience in migrating tables from Oralce to Sql
server 2000?
We used the Sql Server--Enterprise manager and it is really slow.
I was wondering if there is a good tool on Oracle side.
we have Oracle 9.2.0.4 on Windows 2000 server.
Any suggestion is appreciated.
