Hopefully your prod databae is in archivelog mode and if so, just
recreate your test instacne on another server using the hotbackup dbf
files and the "recover database using backup controlfile" option...
This is by far the fastest compared to export/import and if you cannot
afford to do a cold backup of prod to use as the copy...
