Dear All,
Can you please tell me , which one will be better (nvarchar2 or varchar2)
from performance point of view.
I am using unicode database with character set as UTF-8.
Basically , we are in the process of implementing asian languages.
With varchar2 as datatype and UTF-8 as character set, I am able to store
unicode characters in the tables. but what about the performance impact.
Hope you will please provide some hints to it.
Thanks and Regards,
Jay
