I am trying to create a new database with the DBCA utility.
Every time I say FINISHED to start creating the database the screen
shows "COPYING DATABASE FILES" as the first step.
Then I get a failure on the control file create.

It appears it thinks it is making a clone of a database.
How do I stop this?
