I have now installed the 9ir2 database server and i am trying to connect
with a 10g database server.
I changer the, IP, SID in the tnsnames.ora but i still cannot connect (using
sqlplus [Email Address Removed] receive the error
ERROR:
ORA-12541: TNS:no listener
I know that listener hasn't to be up when i am trying to connecto to another
server, on another machine
over the network.
