My orginal post was that we're using Designer to develop
our application. We using the submit_job_interval
parameter only accepts type interval not date

so my original question of writing
to_char(add_months(datetime_v,12) 'MM-DD-YYYY HH24:MI:SS'
won't work.

Any one use the submit_job_interval before and set it
up to do 12 months in advance ?
