I have a Oracle 10.1.0.3.0 Enterprise under Windows 2000 and 2003 server. I
am having problems with slow logins. It takes about 30+ seconds to login to
the database. It doesn't matter if connect from the console or a remote
workstation. The client version doesn't make any difference.
