Hi all,

Remind me please, does starting Oracle as STARTUP RESTRICT or STARTUP
EXCLUSIVE brings the database in SINGLE USER mode? Or is there no such thing
as bringing the database in SINGLE USER beside the STARTUP MOUNT I think ...
