By default Oracle searches for the TNsNAmes.ora file in the following
order first it will check for the path specified in the TNS_ADMIN
parameter value if no TNSNAMES.ora file found in that path it will
search in the oracle default location.
If you want to place your tnsnames.ora file in another path other than
the default location you can specify the value for TNS_ADMIN parameter .
