Hi all,

We are looking at reorganizing our SAP database and at the same time convert
DMTs to LMTs. I just want to know if Quest-LiveReorg or DBArtisan is worth
getting when you expect that things will not be as fragmented as they will
be after converting to LMTs. SAP also have a tool called BRSPACE, had anyone
used that before to reorg their SAP database?

Cheapest option of course is to just script it and using ALTER TABLE MOVE
... except of course you need to do import/export for the LONG and LONG RAW.


I saw this website http://www.front-row-seat.com/html/import_export.html ...
looks impressive but don't know whether it will work ... or can I really do
export/import via databases without creating a dump file?
