Can You explain me some facts?
Why do you need such a solution? What do you have against constraints
and triggers?
Will next question be:
How can I store data in my oracle not using table, external table or
materialized views?
Is it some dirty internal game, when you want to enforce some rules but
living no traces?
Want to help You, but you have very exotic request and give me no tools
to use.
