INSERT INTO y(e,f,g)
SELECT a,b,c
FROM x,y
WHERE x.a=y.e (+) AND y.e IS NULL

INSERT INTO y (e, f, g)

maintain unique without applying any Trigger, Constraint, Sequence ,

column 'f' will insert from table x column b.
