Can some one please clear something up for me.

When doing a direct upgrade from 8.1.6.3 to 9.2.0.5 and you do a FULL
export and import, what is it that Oracle WONT support ?

On metalink they say that for a supported system you need to go to 8.1.7 or
9.1 first. So do they mean that they will not support the process of you do
a direct upgrade or do they mean they will not support the updated database
if you do a direct upgrade.
