I may be misunderstanding where you put the patch ... but I installed
mine in a directory called OPATCH and then unzipped the file. It then
created a subfolder caled Opatch. Could this be the correct setting:

export PATH=$PATH:$ORACLE_HOME/OPATCH/Opatch

I want to update the patch-2930140..
I have the OPatch under $ORACLE_HOME and the patch after zip folder -
2930140 under $ORACLE_HOME
I had set the current directory under
$ cd 2930140
and tried to install the patch...

$ opatch apply
opatch not found..

I had set the path
$ export PATH=$PATH:$ORACLE_HOME/Opatch

can you please advice... how I need to install the patch.. and where I
go wrong
