1.- create a tablespace <new> only for re-org.
2.- alter table xxx.yyy move tablespace <new>.
3.- alter table xxx.yyy move tablespace <old>.
4.- rebuild xxx.yyy indexes
(repeat steps 2-4 for all tables)
999.- remove tablespace <new>.
