I say you should be checking your version of the export verses database.
Run catexp again for that version of the database. And to make sure you
are using the correct version be sure that that if there are two
versions of oracle installed on the computer that your environment,
(path in windows at least) is pointing you to the correct version of the
exp utility.

If that helps mention it.

When I compile the above named package I am getting the following error.
How do I get this error resolved? Is there anything I am not doing
right? I am logged on as sys as sysdba. This same error has cause the
problem of exporting the database

181/12 PLS-00323: subprogram or cursor 'GET_REQ_CKPT_SCN' is declared
in
a package specification and must be defined in the package body
