I have ran these several times.

there are probably invalid replication related packages in the database. run these scripts as sysdba

catrepr.sql (removes replication related objects)

catrep.sql (creates replication related objects)

utlrp.sql (recompile invalid PL/SQL modules)

rerun the import.
