Have you selected * from dba_registry?
Select * from v$version
Compare with exp help=y
Likewise imp help=y make sure the are the same versions before
continuing.
There is also v$option

there are probably invalid replication related packages in the database.
run these scripts as sysdba
catrepr.sql (removes replication related objects)
catrep.sql (creates replication related objects)
utlrp.sql (recompile invalid PL/SQL modules)
rerun the import.
