As of oracle 9i catrepr.sql is not supported any more, open a TAR with oracle and they will help you clean replication objects mess.

Did you run catpatch.sql when you did the upgrade from your previous version?

there are probably invalid replication related packages in the database.
run these scripts as sysdba
catrepr.sql (removes replication related objects)
catrep.sql (creates replication related objects)
utlrp.sql (recompile invalid PL/SQL modules)
rerun the import.
