I have a problem whiel connecting oracle 9i Enterprise Manager
Console (Application Server)

please give the solution.





My database Server is Oracle 10g. And Application server is 9i.
I am unable to connect to Oracle Enterprise Manager in Application Server
While I am connecting to Application Server(OEM) the following error is
coming.





This application requires you have been granted the Select any
Dictionary Privilege.

Contact your DBA to grant you this privilege.
