Re: ORA - 01033 Error.

There are lot of questions in your mail.

1) About your script. If you run some script, verify that they don't point to the same files than the other DB.
2) About the error message regarding the existence of the file. Verify with an OS utility that the file concerned are not altreday used for another database. If not, then delete them.
3) About your new database. If you can't start the service, you have to delete it and create it again. (The fastest method)
4) About the ORA-01033: If you service is started or starting (In some bugged version) than you can stop it manually through SQL (Connect as sysdba and shutdown immediate) and after try to open it (Eventually step by step; mount, open) and the databse will be up or a new error message will appear with further information regarding the cause.
