There is no other way. You have to restore it back from your backup.

Dear All,
we are having oracle7.0.16.4 loaded on unix.one of our hard disk containing
dbf file was removed the data on this disk can not be retrived.now when i
am
trying to start oracle it's giving error as mentioned below.i had tried to
load the data from back but it does't
SQLDBA> startup
ORACLE instance started.
Database mounted.
ORA-01157: cannot
identify data file 3 - file not found
ORA-01110: data file 3:
'/user24/dbs/temp1***1.dbf'
Attempting to dismount database........Database
dismounted.
Attempting to shutdown instance........ORACLE instance shut
down.
Kindly advise how to start oracle if any dbf file is corrupt.or can not be
accessed.
