hi gurus,

i have problem in configuring rman.........

i have two mount points u01 and u02

in /u01 i have oracle appplication installed and

in /u02 i have another oracle application installed i have tryed to make /u02 mount point as recovery catalog to connect the database which is in
/u01

but i am getting error

RMAN-00571: ===========================================================

RMAN-00571: ===========================================================
RMAN-00554: initialization of internal recovery manager package failed
RMAN-04005: error from target database:
ORA-12154: TNS:could not resolve service name

can any one advice me...
