Guessing, are you submitting the failing jobs as another user? If so, check
on the execute privilage for DBMS_STATS to the user. You may have to grant
this.

Dear all,
I am using the Oracle procedure to analyze the schema.When I am maually
running the procedure it is running fine from the system user. The same
procedure running through Oracle jobs giving me error as insufficient
privileage.The same procedure is running fine from Oracle jobs as sys user.
